Avocado “Nice Cream”

Recipe
1 avocados, pitted and skin removed |

2 tablespoons almond butter |
||
1 tablespoon SGF Vanilla Creamer |
||
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
||
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Nutrition Facts: per serving (1/4 recipe): Fat 18g, Protein 3g, Carbohydrate 7g, Fiber 6g, Net Carbohydrate 1g
Instructions
In advance: Remove the pit and skin from the avocadoes and cut into cubes. Place the cubes of avocado in a freezer bag and freeze until solid (overnight is best).
In the bowl of a food processor, place all ingredients in and blend until smooth. Scoop and enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for up to 1 week.
