Recipe
2 cups keto chocolate |

1/4 cup SGF Organic Coconut Oil |
Nutrition Facts: per serving (1 shell with traditional dark chocolate chips): Fat 14g, Protein 2g, Carbohydrate 18g, Fiber 0g, Net Carbohydrate 18g
per serving (1 shell with Lily’s dark chocolate chips): Fat 24g, Protein 4g, Carbohydrate 8g, Fiber 0g, Net Carbohydrate 8g
Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in 30 second intervals, until completely melted.
Once melted, give the mixture one more stir to ensure they are completely combined and then pour over ice cream or frozen yogurt. It will take about 20-30 seconds to harden.
