1 tablespoon sgf organic mct oil

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons coconut aminos

1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

2 chopped scallions (white and green parts)

8 oz ahi tuna, cubed

1/2 teaspoon dried arame (rehydrated according to directions)

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

Nutrition Facts: per serving (1 cup): Fat 38 g, Protein, 30 g, Carbohydrate 17 g, Fiber 10 g, Net Carbohydrate 7 g


Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Add the tuna and mix together. Stir in arame and sesame seeds. Scoop half of the mixture into each avocado half.
