Recipe
1/4 avocado |

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar |

dash of salt |
||
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
||
2 slices Keto Bread, toasted |
||
1-2 teaspoons capers |
||
2 ounces smoked salmon |
||
1-2 tablespoons broccoli sprouts |
Nutrition Facts: per serving (1 Avocado Toast): Fat 28g, Protein 29g, Carbohydrate 11g, Fiber 6g, Net Carbohydrate 5g
Instructions
Mix the avocado, apple cider vinegar, salt and parsley in a small bowl. Spread avocado mixture on 2 slices of Keto Bread.
Place capers on top of avocado. Lay smoked salmon on top and garnish with broccoli sprouts.
