Recipe

8 ounces Almond Milk

1 tbsp SGF Mandarin Orange Dream Creamy MCT

1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric

1/2 tsp Ground CInnamon

1 tsp Monk Fruit

1 serving Collagen Peptides (optional)

Nutrition Facts: per serving (1 milk without collagen): Fat 17g, Protein 1g, Carbohydrate 3g, Fiber 1g, Net Carbohydrate 2g

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and delicious.
