Toasted Black Truffle Macadamia Nuts

1 tablespoon SGF Organic Coconut Oil, melted
1 cup raw macadamia nuts
½ teaspoon black truffle salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Toss melted coconut oil with macadamia nuts in a bowl. Arrange nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven when they begin turning golden brown. Let cool for a couple of minutes and sprinkle with black truffle salt, mix with a spatula to ensure even coating.
